3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
5 green onions with their stem thinly sliced
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
3 medium shallots thinly sliced
½ can (16oz) of Keto-friendly tomato sauce
2 Bay leaves
Dash of Red pepper flakes
½ tsp. salt
Pinch of black pepper
3/4 cup Water (divided)
Juice of ½ lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)

How to Make This LOW CARB SPICY CARIBBEAN MAHI MAHI

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the scallions, minced garlic, and shallots. Cook until the vegetables are soft and translucent, about 10-15 minutes.
